General Terms & Conditions

1. Any complaints regarding the Event will be directed to and dealt with by the ORGANIZER and/or EVENT OWNER.
2. No exchange or cancellation of registration will be made under any circumstances and registration are not transferable.
3. No refund on registration will be made under any circumstances except pursuant to conditions set by EVENT OWNER/ORGANIZER (if any).
4. REGISTERED PARTICIPANT is responsible to take note of any rules and regulation/terms and conditions set by EVENT OWNER and ORGANIZER.
5. The ORGANIZER may change programmes, event times, and any event related arrangements without prior notice.
6. All activities must be done within their home parameters and in accordance to the MCO rules.
7. Any changes related to shirt size, category or bib transfer will incur admin fee charge by Pacers Sport Events Sdn Bhd. This is subjected to organizer's approval for the changes. No changes are allowed.
